Imagine if you will if the litany of rumors are all false; however unlikely that may be. Imagine January 27th-28th comes and goes and there is no Apple event, no tablet. Do you realize what a beating the stock will take on those few days. Sure it’ll stabilize after a while but it could be down till Apple unleashes a Tablet or some announcement that trumps that. Expectations are always high on Apple and their stock rides on those expectations very closely.
