Make Firefox More Mac Friendly?

Does anyone know how? I love Firefox I really do but I hate it’s download management I much prefer Safari’s where a zip or dmg file automatically decompresses upon completion deleting the original zip file. I like having a “save to downloads” right click option beyond just Save Links As… I want a menu option that will save to the same place everytime without me needing to name the file.

Does anybody know of any fantastic addons that will do these things?
